1. The prize competition is promoted by Local Vouchers Limited and Archant, whose registered office are Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich NR1 1RE.
2. There is one winner per month, drawn at random from those participants entering the promotion. The prize consists of 2 nights accommodation at the named hotel, to be taken on a consecutive 2 night stay, subject to the hotels availability of rooms. The prize winners will be responsible for the cost of their transportation to and from the hotel and any other costs ensuing from their stay at the hotel.
3. The prize winner must be one of the people taking the hotel stay (the Prize).
4. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
5. No purchase necessary to enter the competition. However you must subscribe to receive email alerts of 40 Winks offers.
6. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the competition.
7. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
8. All entries must be received by 12.00 midnight on the last day of each month while the promotion running. All data received after 12 midnight will be included in the following month's draw, until the end of the promotion period.
9. The prize winner will be notified by email within the first week of the next month. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period of 14 days of notification, Local Vouchers Limited and Archant reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
10. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
11. Only one entry per person.
12. Local Vouchers Limited and Archant will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
13. Local Vouchers Limited and Archant are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to this promotion; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or transactions which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Local Vouchers Limited and Archant reserve the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the promotion as determined by Local Vouchers Limited and Archant at its sole discretion.

I have clicked the link and can see where you sign up for the newsletter, but no mention of any competition for newsletter sign up. I don't know if it has been discontinued.
