T & C`s 1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Bourne Leisure and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. The prize: We have five Nintendo Wii Bundles including a special edition blue Wii Console, Wii Remote Plus, Nunchuk and copy Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games to give away.
3. To Enter: Complete the entry form by filling in your details and submit by 31 January 2012. Only one entry per person. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
4. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified. Incomplete, corrupt or entries not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. Winners will be selected in a random draw within 14 days of the competition close date from all valid entries. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw and will have 14 days to respond. In the event that no response is made within this time the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a reserve winner. Proof of age and identity will be required.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
7. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
9. The Promoter's decisions are final in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

Thanks weeowens, i did try to do the direct link to the entry form when i first posted, it did not work thats why i had to resort to putting a link to where the entry page was.
