The Times is giving away an Ipad 2 every hour today (Saturday 24 December) starting at 9am and ending at 9pm. (This is a shorter competition than usual.)

There is also a text route to enter. Send a text message to 61008. Start with the word IPAD, followed by your name and address. For example: IPAD Paul Jones, 43 London Road, Anywhere, N4 0XX. Texts cost 25p plus standard message rate.

The terms and conditions currently appearing on the entry page are:

TERMS & CONDITIONS: You must be 18 years old or over. Winners will be selected at random from all entries received for each hour. If there are no entries in an hour, the winner will be selected from all entries received in the previous hour. There will be 1 winner per hour and 12 winners for the competition. The competition starts at 9am on December 24, 2011 and closes at 20.59 on December 24, 2011. Each hour will run from XX.00 to XX.59 (for instance, the first hour is 9.00 to 9.59). Entry open to residents of UK only. Each winner will win an iPad 2 16GB. Draw will take place on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 and winners will be notified within seven days. Best endeavours will be made to deliver prizes before January 31, 2012, however this cannot be guaranteed. Promoter is Times Newspapers Limited.

For those that can't enter for various reasons why doesnt one kind MSE Comper compile a list with peoples details and then enter them each hour, that way there would be a bigger chance of having an MSE winner!
