Terms and conditions:-Travel costs are based 2 adults from Capital or State Capital and major regional international airports. Travel is valid from November 1st 2011 – April 30th, 2012. Travel must include a Saturday night stopover. . Travel may be extended to included 1st November – 15th December, 2012. (Blackout period: 15-24th December 2011 and 5-10th April 2012). Winners must travel at the same time to and from the same airports. Travel insurance provided is a standard comprehensive policy based on the winner and their travelling companion having no existing medical conditions which may invalidate any potential claim. Winners must declare any pre-existing medical conditions before travel insurance is purchased, even if the policy will not cover these conditions. Winners over the age of 64 or with any pre-existing medical conditions which are not covered by the insurance policy may require a specialist policy for which a surcharge may be payable by the winner. The package is provided as described and winners will be responsible for all optional extra expenses relating to elements not provided within the prize package, including meals, beverages and excursions or activities, unless specified within the prize package. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, pay per view, mini bar, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize). Winners must provide a valid email address by which all communications, tickets and vouchers will be delivered although in exceptional circumstances, paper airline tickets may be issued at the discretion of the airline and will be forwarded by courier to the winner.

The prize description is a little sketchy on the Daily Mail site, is it to Dubai?!?! You have USA in the title

I wasn't sure but the reference to New Orleans made me think it was USA.Any further ideas are welcome :-)

I think part of the film is set in Dubai, so it would tie-in
