Conditions

1. One entry per person. You will automatically be entered into the draw if you provide Skipton Building Society (SBS) with your insurance renewal date(s) by 31 December 2011.
2. To enter the free prize draw no purchase is necessary. Entries must be received by 31 December 2011.
3. The prize draw is not open to customers aged under 18, or employees or agents of SBS and other companies in the Skipton Building Society group, their families or any other person connected with the competition.
4. The draw will take place on 16 January 2012 and the winner will be drawn at random. The winner will be notified by telephone, email or post no later than 31 January 2012. The winner is required to contact SBS to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, SBS reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
5. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. The winner will be notified how they can collect their prize.
6. SBS's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
8. SBS will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries, and takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
9. By entering, the prize winner will agree to allow the free use of their names and/or photographs for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by SBS.

SBS reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the prize draw (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. SBS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
11. SBS expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied relating to the prize including any warranties as to the merchantability or satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
