Maybelline Christmas - Trip to New York Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.

2. No purchase is necessary.

3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person per day. Entries will only be accepted on the official entry form which can be found at http://www.facebook.com/MaybellineUK?sk=app_137599932995336. All entrants must have internet access to eligible for the prize draw.

4. Incomplete, illegal or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or connectivity problems.

5. Entries must be received on or before 24th December 2011. The prize draw will take place on the 28th December 2011.

6. Twelve completed entries, one selected per day from each of the 12 days the prize draw is live, will be drawn at random and receive a stocking filled with 12 Maybelline products.

7. One completed entry drawn at random will receive a 4* three night holiday for two in New York.

8. The prize includes Return Economy flights - London / New York, return transfers - Airport / Hotel, three nights 4* hotel accommodation sharing a twin / double room including breakfast, and a personal shopping trip to Barneys with spending money.

10. Transport between the winners home and the UK departure point and any travel documents and/or insurance is the responsibility of the prize winner.

11. Travel must take place between 1st March-31st May 2012 or 15th September-15th December 2012 and is subject to availability and the incentive providers terms and conditions.

12. The Promoter or the incentive provider will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the incentive provider will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

13. The winner will be notified by email by 30th December 2011.

14. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

15. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities

17. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.

18. The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to Garnier, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 8 weeks of the draw date.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

20. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.

21. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.

22. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.

Didn't like my DOB being filled in by Roboform, it worked once I clicked a random DOB in and then re-entered my correct DOB in, HTH.
