Hi can any knows if exchange didn't happen and funds was sent back to lender is it going to be any problems to request them at later date?

Shouldn't be a problem. Happens regularly.
The solicitor will simply forward a new report on title in advance of the next attempt to exchange.I am a mortgage broker. A combination of a short period between exchange and completion and a lender needing five days notice means the report on title has to go in before the solicitor is certain he will need the money on the appointed day.DVardysShadow wrote: »Eh?
