The prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland and IOM) who are 18 or over except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the prize draw.
The prize draw opens on the 8th December 2011 and closes at midnight on the 4th January 2012. All entries must have been submitted by this time to classify as a valid entry.
Only one entry per person per day is allowed.
This is an online only prize draw. To take part you'll need to obtain and enter a 6 digit prize draw code that is available by spinning Alvin & The Chipmunks on this site or can be found on the front of the ATM slip you can request as a part of your transaction when using an ATMs at participating Tesco Stores.
Winners of instant win Alvin and the Chipmunks prizes will be selected at random by a computer system and notified immediately on screen after entering the prize draw code online.
Instant win Alvin and the Chipmunks prizes will be sent to winners address details that they submitted on their entry form, by first class recorded delivery within 28 days of winning. Please ensure you enter your contact details accurately; we will not be responsible for prizes which do not reach you due to incorrect contact details being provided.
All entrants are automatically entered into the BIG PRIZE DRAW. If you do not want to take part in this part of the draw please contact us at 05_TB_ATM_Draw@tescobank.com by midnight on 4th January 2012 so we can take your details out.
The BIG PRIZE DRAW is for a 5 night 3 star holiday for 4 to the Algarve, Portugal which will be drawn on the 6th January 2012. This date is fixed and the winner will be the first entry randomly drawn.
The winner of the BIG PRIZE DRAW will be notified by email or letter not later than the 13th January 2012. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner being notified, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner.
The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules.

The BIG PRIZE DRAW includes:
A holiday to the Algarve, Portugal for a maximum of 4 people: the party must include a minimum of one adult aged 18 or over. 12 and under is classed as a child.

Including; return economy flights from the United Kingdom to Faros Airport Portugal.

5 nights, minimum 3 star accommodation with bed and breakfast only. The accommodation provided will be either a family room, quadruple room or two rooms dependent on the number of and age of children and number of adults in the travel party.

Including: Transfers to/from a United Kingdom airport and to/from Faro Airport and the hotel.

Zoomarine excursion with aquarium, live marine show plus entry to amusement rides and attractions. Includes transfers to and from hotel. (If this tour is unavailable due to circumstances out with our control an alternative attraction will be offered).

Travel Insurance is supplied by: Global Shield, Group Injury, Illness and Business Travel; cover will be confirmed on holiday booking (travellers must declare pre-existing medical conditions - cover for such conditions will be considered on a case by case basis).

Please note that:

Lunch, dinner, spending money and any hotel or holiday incidentals ARE NOT INCLUDED
The hotel will require a credit card imprint to cover any incidental costs you may choose to purchase
IMS is the holiday provider. They will liaise directly with the prize draw winner once confirmation of acceptance of the prize has been received.
The holiday must be taken between 1st March 2012 and 21st December 2012 and excludes Christmas, New Year and the following Bank Holidays: April 6th & 9th, May 7th, June 4th & 5th and August 27th 2012 inclusive.
The winner must give IMS Limited 3 preferred dates of travel with a departure date that gives a minimum of one calendar month notice after completion of their winner form, and cannot include public holidays in the country of departure (see dates above).
The winner should allow up to one calendar month for their holiday to be confirmed. IMS Limited will endeavour to fulfil prizes winners preferred dates however flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
The winner can extend the holiday, subject to availability, but at their own expense.
The winner is responsible for ensuring the winners and guests have a full passport, and are valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel.
The winner & guests are responsible for obtaining their own visa/s (if required), the cost of which will be reimbursed on supplying a receipt of purchase once authorised.
If the winner and/or guests are not EU citizens we cannot guarantee visa authorisation. Once signed booking forms are received no change to travel arrangements are permitted.
None of the prizes can be exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event of circumstances outside our control we reserve the right to substitute any part of the prize with an item for equal or greater value.
Any entry using obscene language will be classified as invalid
