Terms and Conditions

By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their families) of the Promoter, or any of its subsidiary companies, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.

2. An entrant cannot enter on behalf of someone else. The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

3. To enter this promotion, you will have to like the Carphone Warehouse Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/carphonewarehouse) and play the Wonderland game. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to The Carphone Warehouse Ltd and not to Facebook. To submit your entry you will have to enter your first name and surname, email address, post code and mobile number on the entry form at http://www.facebook.com/carphonewarehouse and agree to be contacted by the Promoter with news and information about their special offers and those of others in the Promoter’s group of companies.

4. The promotion opens at 12:00pm on Tuesday 6th December 2011 and closes at 1:00am every Monday (ending 2nd January 2012). The promotion will re-open on the same Monday at 1:01am. Any entries submitted during the closure period will not be accepted by the Promoter. The final closing date will be 2nd January 2012 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.

5. The weekly winners will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received during each promotional period; by an independent person on the day the promotional period ends. The winners will be notified by phone within three weeks of the closing date, and the prize will be sent by DHL or Royal Mail to an address agreed with the winners. The Promoter will not be liable for any prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

6. If a winner of this promotion is randomly selected to win again in this same promotion, the prize will be awarded to another randomly selected entrant.

7. A combination of prizes will be awarded for each weekly promotional period. The prizes vary each promotional week, and consist of the below:

8. The above prizes in the same format can also be won by any other Christmas prize draws hosted by Carphone Warehouse. The promoter reserves the right to distribute and allocate all Christmas related prizes in promotions hosted by them or third parties.

9. No additional, further or other costs or expenses are included in any prize unless stated.

10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with the prize.

11. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. The prize must be taken as offered and is non-transferable. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part.

12. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.

13. The Promoter shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner(s) through the means specified in these terms and conditions. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

14. Details of the names of the winners will be available 20 days after each prize draw and for three months thereafter by sending a signed request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to Wonderland Facebook competition, The Carphone Warehouse, 1 Portal Way, London, W3 6RS.

15. Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner.

16. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

17. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances or reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

19. Nothing in these rules shall affect your statutory rights.
