    But having read through my 'Healing Foods- a practical guide to key foods for good health by Miraim Polunin'! I now have a list of foods which may help but I just dont have a clue how to use to the best IYSWIM
    so the list goes;
    Liver, wheatgerm, green leafy veg, peas, shellfish, game, oily fish, nuts & seeds.:eek:
    Bananas
    Oats:rolleyes:

    FWIW - if you feel that you 'chemical problems' with food and your plan doesn't seem to be helping food intolerance might be an issue (I know this from personal experience) may I suggest some links that I have found very informative and useful -

    I've also found that doing relaxation exercises and yoga really help me deal with feeling stressed.

    Hope you feel better soon

    i make peas by putting a diced onion into a pan and adding a couple of handfuls of frozen peas on a low heat. Keep stirring and in about 10-15 mins they are perfectly cooked. Not boiled so none of the nutrients have been lost. Plus the onion goes all soft and it tastes like there is lots of butter in it - but not a dot of fat is needed! Although it works best in a non stick pan!

    Oats are easily made into porridge great for breakie, a quick lunch or supper before bed. Banana is nice sliced on the top with a little honey :D

    Spinch is nice as a salad leaf or wilt it quickly in a frying pan and a tablespoon of water and serve with panfried or baked salmon (oily fish)

    Good luck and hope you feel a bit better soon :D
