I'm certainly no expert on dieting but I imagine that even when you make your own meal you know roughly how many calories it will be, just about everything has colroies printed on it now, as to the yoghurt drinks i mentioned in the above post according to the blurb on the packet they are to replace one meal a day.

the site has more details, you can do a search on the net for sites that list calories in loose veg etc as obviously these dont carry the calorie value.

I have tried slimfast years ago but always ended up with a ready meal in the evening as it told me the calories lol but i prefer to make my own healthy meals but not everything like fresh veg,potatoes etc have the calories i was just wondering what other people did

when i did it i had 2 shakes during the day then cooked dinner 600 calories but now they say you can have 2 snacks

no not the ready made drinks the small tines of powder, you add the milk, they had the smoothies last week... went and got 5 today, got 7 in total.....

HOPE THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO POST,
WENT TO LOCAL ASDA TODAY (SAT) normall shopping on sat mornings going around frozen food and noticed,
that thay had there weight watchers meals at a £1
5 different meals
spag boli
chicken curry
chicken hotpot
ocean pie
and some sweet ones to
strawberry cheesecake
choc mousse.
i shall keep looking for any more.

i am gonna try that diet, never done it before! how many per day do you have?
think i will go on monday, get 20 then go again on the wednesday and get another 20 and see if i can pick up some more quit kits!
