    Yeah, Ive been on them 4 weeks now, and losing about 2lbs a week.. Its basically calorie counting really, but the shakes are nice and easy if you are out and about.

    I have been on them in the past and lost weight too

    99p stores in North St brighton has a case of 6 slimfast ready made raspberry youghurt meal replacement drinks for erm 99p.

    I'm not on a diet (although i should be) but love yoghurt drinks!

    How many shakes do you have a day then and how do you calorie count an evening meal if you prepare yourself or do you buy things with calories on it:confused:
