Due to an error, we have cancelled the Daybreak competition that was broadcast Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th November 2011. Anyone who entered can receive a full refund. We're very sorry for this mistake and any inconvenience this has caused.

If you entered by telephone:
For all entrants who are BT customers, you will automatically receive a credit on your phone bill and you do not need take any further action.

All other entrants - where we have been able to identify your telephone number, you will receive a call from us within 6 weeks to arrange repayment. If you believe you are eligible for a refund and have not been contacted within 6 weeks, please call our Customer Care line on 0844 881 4150 or email us at itvihelp@itv.com.

If you entered by SMS text message:
If you entered by text, you should receive a text message within 3 days explaining how to obtain your refund.

Any monies not claimed by 29th May 2012 will be donated to charity.

Once again we'd like to apologise for this error and the inconvenience caused to everyone who entered.

when i tried to do this comp online this morning, there was only one choice of answer displaying, and that was A. prob why it has all been taken off.

Sorry folks think it may be my fault! I entered the max 6 times for this,the first time ever, as I could really do with this. I have only ever entered once before so I am afraid my dodgy luck has transmitted its way through to affect everyone.
