2. Prize: The daily prize is a LINDOR hamper valued at £50. The grand prize is a sleigh of LINDOR, valued at £2,000. The actual prize contents may vary from those shown subject to availability. The sleigh itself is not included in the total grand prize value of £2,000. The prize winners will be notified via telephone or email by the Promoter’s agent for the daily prize on the day of entry before 23.59 each day or for the grand prize within 30 days of Thursday 15th December 2011. Winners will receive their prizes within 14 days of being notified that they have won.
3. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the term and conditions. In order to enter, entrants must upload their moment of bliss on the Facebook competition entry form, in English, giving their phone number and email address and agree to these terms and conditions. Details on the form must be filled in clearly. Late, lost, unintelligible, incomplete, damaged or fraudulent entries will not be accepted by the Promoter and no liability is accepted for them.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The promotion starts on 21st November 2011, and the closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 15th December 2011.
6. Only one entry per person is allowed.
7. Each day for 25 days a winner of one £50 hamper will be drawn at random under independent supervision from the entries received to date. On the 16th December 2011 the grand prize winner of the £2,000 sleigh of LINDOR will also be drawn at random under independent supervision. In both instances the Promoter’s agent will make reasonable efforts to contact each winning entrant using the email address or phone number provided on the entry form, within 3 days of the draw to notify them of their prize and to give them full details of how they will receive it. If, following such reasonable efforts by the Promoter, a winning entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter's notification or is not in a position to accept the prize (for whatever reason), then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that entrant's prize entitlement and to select an alternative winning entrant to receive that prize. The Promoter may repeat the process set out in this clause 7 as many times as is necessary until it has successfully selected and notified the requisite number of winning entrants.
