Yeah that's what happens to me - Can only suggest using a different browser - tho I aint found any that work for me.

I tried google chrom I#ll go see if firefox works be back shortly to let you know

just foubnd out the firefox is on my old pc and not on this one doh!!!

I have put a message on their facebook wall asking if they can get their tech guys to check it out as I tried through the email and then through their site and then through their facebok and none of it worked for me. I am using IE9 I think it is or it might be 10

If you just click on the presents it will pop up when you found yours ( mine was the same as Charp's free shipping when you spend £249 ) My present was in the pile of behind the sledge ....ie8 by the way

You don't open a present you have to find the hidden product (it's not wrapped up, but is well concealed)
