I bought this deal the last time (1st Nov) and they still have not taken the £1. Seems a long time!
Also, I am wondering how to cancel after the 1st payment has been taken?
I have went into my account but there is no where to cancel!

Ellie, the box to input the code is on the order page (down the bottom) not as part of the checkout process which is where i was looking for it.

I've tried various letters after RTE1111 but always get the " Sorry this is not a valid promotional code" message and the subscription stays at 4 issues.

I've just answered my own question, tried RTE1111B and it worked!

Im trying to find the discount code box where is it? cant seem to see anything on the order page only what region i want?

Go onto your online banking, there will be an area for standing orders/ direct debits. Cancel from there.

Go right down to the bottom of the page, past the red/pink add to basket. There is a box with

With a blue UPDATE button beside it. Input the code and you will be taken back to the region page, where it should now show 12 issuesd for £1 instead of 4.
