You Shouldn't Have! Competition

· All entrants must be aged 18 or over. The competition is not open to employees of House of Fraser and its associated companies, family members of such employees or anyone professionally associated with the competition.
· Entries are made by completing and uploading a ‘story’ following the theme ‘You Shouldn’t Have’ online at houseoffraser.co.uk before midnight on Thursday 15th December 2011.
· Any entries received by the Promoter after the closing date will not be entered into the competition. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entrants may not enter more than once by using multiple/different email addresses, multiple stories, identities or other methods. Any entrant who does so, or uses any device or system to circumvent this condition may be disqualified and their entries disqualified.
· Any late, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.
· Entries must comply with the Promoter’s Customer Stories Terms of Use. Any entries that do not comply will be disqualified.
· The prize consists of multiple gifts valued at over £1700.
· The winner of the competition will be the judge’s favourite story, selected from all valid entries. The winner will be selected between the closing date and Saturday 17th December 2011. The judge’s decision is final.
· The Promoter reserves the right to change the prizes. The prizes are non -transferable and there are no cash or other alternatives in exchange for the prizes. However, in the event of the prize (in whole or part of) being unavailable for any reason the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of the same or higher value.
· The winner will be notified by telephone or email no later than 30 days after the winner has been selected.
· The winner may be required to participate in publicity at no cost to the Promoter and entry to this competition confirms consent to publicise their name and country of residence.
· Under no circumstances shall the Promoter be liable for direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the competition, however nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or a claim due to fraudulent misrepresentation.

· The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the competition and the closing date if it deems it appropriate.
· Entrants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this competition, which include the instructions for entry, details of the prizes and other information in relation to the competition. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this prize decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Seems like a vote for me comp? There's a vote button on all entries but it doesn't mention it in T&Cs.

Again, apologies if this is just my laptop playing silly sods but, I'm getting Malicious Website warnings from Malwarebytes every time I visit this website.

This is the first I've seen since I installed the software on my laptop about a week ago.

No problems for me with Avast which usually throws up any suspicious websites & House of Fraser is a reputable company.

Re the voting thing, I didn't see anywhere that it was a voting comp, the T&Cs say that the judges will pick the best story

I use Malwarebytes too and it didnt kick in for this site, also Avast stayed quiet and I was able to enter without a problem, thanks Liz for the comp:)
