4. Entry is limited to one free entry ("dip") per eligible cardholder, per day, however additional "dips" can be earned by eligible cardholders as follows:
a. one additional dip per day can be earned per eligible cardholder who clicks on the 'Tweet' button in the 'Pick A Prezzie' Christmas App, and tweets "I'm playing #PickAPrezzie on @nectar's Facebook page. Great Nectar eShops prize to be won daily. See Ts&Cs & enter here http://cot.ag/93ilmP";
b. one additional dip by 'liking' Nectar's Facebook page;
c. one additional dip per friend can be earned by clicking on the 'Invite' button and inviting a Facebook friend to play 'Pick A Prezzie' if that Facebook friend has not accessed the 'Pick A Prezzie' Christmas App before and goes on to accept your invite and access the 'Pick A Prezzie' Christmas App by clicking 'Allow' in the 'Request for Permissions' box. (If a cardholder invites a Facebook friend who has already downloaded the App by clicking 'Allow' in the 'Request for Permissions' box or who has already accepted another friend's invitation to play the App then the cardholder will not earn an extra dip).
5. Each dip has an equal and random chance of winning one of the instant win prizes via a secure and random process.

This looks like a con. Just like coke(Joke)zone getting people to waste their points on prizes that they have little chance of winning. How many millions of points are wasted on prize draws?

Looks to be. But you do need to be a Nectar cardholder - you need to put your Nectar card number in to enter (via Facebook).
