Over on another site they are celebrating the fall of the rental market. This place in Bournemouth has already been dropped from £500 pcm to £450 and now the landlord is offering the first half months rent for free if you move in now:

Above a Chinese Take Away, across the road from a, Nepalese Take Away and a shop where they sell children as trophies. Hmm very attractive. A victory worth waiting for.

Cause for Celebrating WHAT exactly?
Are you celebrating that someone will be paying £5,400 a year for an unfurnished 1 bedroom place?
That's just sick ...... a Mortgage would be far cheaper .....Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
