BCW hounding me

Options
hi there what i can do to stop bcw ?

bcw keep hounding me and somehow get my new address when i move - no idea - stupid electoral roll crap. can i sue the electoral roll collector for adding me on the searchable list when i didnt want it ? its their fault BCW keep hounding me i reckon.

anyhow, they are hounding me to pay a bill for a period at a property AFTER i moved out.

ive called them and the nice man told me hed take the name off their register. obviously phoning them achieves nothing.

if i let them take me to court and the court discovers im not liable for the debt, how much money can i reasonably sue them for ?

if their bailiffs pop round and i 'accidently' strike them fatally thinking they were a burgler, can i avoid a prison sentence ???

they really deserve everything that comes to them !

what is the bill???? as long as you can prove you moved out of the address then tell them so-- email them the proff, fax the proof and send a hard copy via registerd mail to them.
ive called them and the nice man told me hed take the name off their register--- when you recieve the letter in the post their are 2 options -- one tick to make it not available to companys
if i let them take me to court and the court discovers im not liable for the debt, how much money can i reasonably sue them for-- i would say harrasment if they dont respond to your proff and time/ loss of wages-- but im no soilicitor
if their bailiffs pop round and i 'accidently' strike them fatally thinking they were a burgler, can i avoid a prison sentence ???--- be very careful- if the have all the correct paperwork then youl be eating prison food-- it also depends on what the debt is-- some debts allow bailiffs to force entry on the 1st visit with a court order--
they really deserve everything that comes to them --- bcm are a very hard company to deal with-- but not all bailiffs are the same--
