6 lucky people will win an all expenses paid trip to enjoy the hospitality of the Durbanville Hills winery and the Cape. You will also meet the winemaking team, tour the winery and more importantly visit you adopted vines and the vineyard block that you have learned so much about.

I have to admit I haven't worked out what you need to do to enter the comp (despite reading the tab called 'how to adopt'!). If you can work it out, please add to this thread!

Simple to enter competition. Just follow the direct link that has been kindly provided in the OP;click on a green area that you wish to adopt;enter your name and email address;agree to the T&Cs and click 'Adopt Now'.

Might be worth adding EFFORT to your title (see T&Cs below).

T&Cs:

1. The competition is open to everyone except persons under the age of 18, employees of Distell, their immediate families, advertising agencies, associated companies, outlet owners, their employees as well as their immediate families.
2. Six participants in the Adopt a Vine initiative stand a chance of winning the following Grand prize:
   • A trip to Cape Town, South Africa to experience in person the wines shaped by the landscape, as well as the wonderful hospitality at the picturesque Durbanville Hills Winery.
   • The prize includes:
     • Economy flights to Cape Town.
     • Accommodation for 5 nights, including breakfast daily.
     • Hosted by Durbanville Hills for 5 days.
     • Driver: Tuesday to Friday and lift to airport on Sunday.
     • Weekend at leisure.
   • This prize excludes:
     • Visa costs
     • Telephone calls, laundry, bar etc.
3. To be eligible for the Prize participants are required to:
   • Be over the age of 18 years old
   • This person will need to be part of the Adopt a Vine database (ie: have been one of the 600 people to have adopted a vine)
   • Fertilising your vines: Spend time on the site watching how your vine progresses.
   • Stay in the loop: Stay in-the-know by reading the email updates we'll send during the growing cycle.
   • Share your love: Share your thoughts and love for wine by leaving comments on your vine's page.
   • The person that has interacted with the microsite the most by commenting and visiting their vine, as well as opening interacting with their emails.
4. This competition commences on 3 October 2011 and shall close on at the end of the harvest June 2012.
5. Winners will be determined by the above eligibility characteristics (in point 3) and be notified by the Global Brand Manager Deidre Samson.
6. Judges decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered.
7. Winners will be required to provide their proof of identity to verify that they are above the age of 18.
8. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of a participant.
9. Participants indemnify Distell, their advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agencies against any claims arising howsoever (including wilful misconduct or negligent act or omission) from their participation in this competition and/or use of the Prize.
