• As proof of eligibility of entry, the following information must be provided from the receipt of sale: receipt number, receipt reference number and date of purchase.
• 4. All entries must be made online at www.lidl-magic.co.uk, no other form of entry will be valid. Only one entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries will deem all affected entries invalid.
• 5. No bulk, third party or consumer group applications will be accepted.
• 6. The independently supervised draw will take place on 8th December 2011. There is one first prize of an Audi A1, 2 second prizes of a family holiday to Lapland and 500 third prizes of a £50 Lidl shopping voucher to be won.
• 7. The first prize is an Audi A1 Sport 1.6 Tdi (105bhp) 3 door car in phantom black with a daytona grey roof contrast line to be won, see www.audi.co.uk for full vehicle specification. Additional extras not included. The prize includes 12 months road tax, licence plates and a three year/60,000 mileage warranty which includes Audi European Motoring Assistance breakdown cover. Save as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the winner will be responsible for all other car related costs, fees and expenses after they become the registered owner of the car. After verification of the winners details the promoter will contact the winner and explain the handover process. The winner must hold a full driving licence valid in the UK, otherwise the winner will receive the second prize of a family holiday to Lapland. If this were to happen, the first prize will then be given to the next person who was drawn. If this person also fails to fulfil this requirement, they will receive the holiday prize. If this happens, the promoter will contact the next person originally drawn in order until a valid driving licence holder is found. There are only two holiday prizes available, therefore, should any subsequent winners drawn not fulfil this requirement, they will only qualify for a £50 Lidl shopping voucher. All descriptions and specifications of the prize are valid at the time of going to print. Colours and other minor specifications of the prize may differ from those stated. The image shown in promotional materials is for illustration purposes only, actual features will vary. The prize does not include fuel or insurance this will be at the cost of the winner. The winner must make necessary arrangements to insure the car prior to the handover (Insurance Group 17), and to enable the DVLA process to be completed. The prize cannot be handed over without the winner providing a copy of their insurance certificate and producing a full driving licence, valid in the UK, with identity in support in the form of a passport (where the driving licence is not a photo card licence) prior to the handover. The winners will be subject to the delivery times notified by the car dealership for receipt of their car. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed by the promoter. The promoter will inform the winner of a suitable time to arrange insurance during the handover process. The winner will also be required to complete all applicable DVLA and other forms to register the car in their name. Following verification of compliance with these terms and conditions, arrangements will be made for the prize to be handed over at a Lidl store close to the winner’s home address. The winner will be responsible for any travel expenses to the Lidl store.
• 8. The two second prizes each consist of a 3 night holiday for four people (no age requirements except that at least one of the travelling party must be over the age of 18) in 1 or 2 standard rooms, on a bed and breakfast basis, at the 4 star Sokos hotel in Levi. The prize is inclusive of economy class direct return flights from London Gatwick, East Midlands, Glasgow or Manchester. Return transfers between the airport and hotel, comprehensive travel insurance (subject to insurer approval) and Thomas Cook prize winner administration service are included. The following activities are also included: a husky sled ride, meeting Rudolph and friends, tobogganing, crossing the arctic circle ceremony including a certificate, snowmobile rides, a visit to the elf school as well as meeting Santa himself. Travel to/from the winner’s home to the UK airport, any visa requirements and expenses are NOT included. All travellers must hold a valid passport. This holiday is available on selected dates in December 2012 and may be a weekday or a weekend. The booking must be made by 31st July 2012. Thomas Cook Group Plc are responsible for all holiday winner correspondence and supply of the holiday prizes.
• 9. The 500 third prizes consist of a £50 Lidl shopping voucher whereby the winner will receive a voucher which enables them to £50 off their total shopping bill at Lidl in one single transaction. The voucher will be valid until close of business on 31st January 2012. The vouchers will be sent to the winners via Royal Mail first class delivery within 14 days of the closing date.
