Promotion opens at 15:00 12th October 2011 and closes at 14:59 on 14th December 2011. Open to residents of mainland UK (i.e. not NI, IOM or the Channel Islands) 16 years and over only. Not open to employees of the promoter or anybody associated with the promotion. Facebook account and a valid email address are required. Maximum one entry per person per weekly draw. THE PROMOTION WILL RUN LIKE THIS

Over a period of 9 consecutive weeks there will be a series of 9 prize draws made on a weekly basis. For the first 8 draws there will be three winners each week. In the final draw there will be 10 winners.
The entry period for each draw will be one week. For these purposes, a week will run from 15:00 on the Wednesday and finish at 14:59 on the Wednesday following. The first of these will open at 15:00 on Wednesday 12th October 2011 and close at 14:59 on Wednesday 19th October 2011.
HOW TO ENTER

I. To enter a prize draw a Facebook account is required. Visit the Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/BuenoUK) answer the question and insert your contact details. A new entry is required for each week's draw.
II. Entries made in one week will not be entered in draws for subsequent weeks.
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Open to residents of mainland UK (i.e. not NI, IOM or Channel Islands) aged 16 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the draw. No purchase is necessary to enter a draw.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any transmission failure relating to entering the promotion.
5. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; (b) a maximum of one entry per person per weekly draw is permitted.
6. Promotion commences at 15:00 12th October 2011 and closes at 14:59 on 14th December. Winners of each draw will be notified by email within 48 hours of the closing date for each draw and winners’ names and counties may be published online and in press. A list of winners can be obtained by addressing a letter to ‘Bueno Girls’ night in promotion, Outside Line, Exmouth House, 3-11 Pine Street, London, EC1R 0JH’, and will be available for 3 months after the promotion closing date.
7. There are 34 prizes in total, with 3 winning entries being drawn (from all valid entries made in that week) at random and under independent supervision for the first 8 weeks and then 10 winning entries being drawn from all valid entries made in the final week at random and under independent supervision. Each prize for the first 8 weeks will consist of the following:

Each prize in the final week of the Promotion will consist of the following:

• A pair of tickets for live The X Factor tour 2012

8. Prizes will be distributed to the winners by recorded delivery within 7 days of confirmation of delivery address.
9. Whilst all reasonable attempts will be made to contact winners, if any winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the Promoter first attempting to do so the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
10. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
11. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name in the event they are a winner in any media for up to one year without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
13. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liability arising from this Promotion and which isbeyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
14. The Promoter’s decision regarding all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Personal details will be retained for the purposes of operating this promotion only, unless an entrant indicates specific consent to being sent emails containing marketing messages or activity.
