Works in both IE9 and Chrome for me. If you click on any of the other artists it says "I am not today's winning Capital artist....". Click on the right one and the form comes up.

yep just me being really thick i thhought you had to navigate around the site as in click the artist tab and find bruno. So as im so thick can i have the ipad as the boobie prize
