What's Your Daily Make-Up Regime?

I also don't bother if I'm just staying at home but my usual routine is:

Elemental Beauty Mineral Powder Foundation
Avon Eyebrow Definer (blonde for daytime, dark brown for evenings)
Assorted eyshadows (usually only for evenings)
Black gel eyeliner on my top lid
Supershock mascara in Black
Lip balm for daytime, lipgloss for evenings

The one thing I cannot leave the house without is perfume.....I have 120 different bottles

• I give my face a good moisturise with L'oreal's '10'
• Go and dry hair/get dressed while it sinks in
• Put on Avon's Face Perfector
• Mineral powder foundation (find cream foundation sits a bit heavy on my old face lately)
• Powder blusher
• Borgouis grey/purple or No7 in bronze eyeshadow ( I wore a teal greeny colour one day as I was wearing a teal coloured top and my 16yr old son said 'Urghhh, you look like a prostitute' - cheers son! :rotfl:)
• Maybelline Stilleto Mascara (about 48 coats as my eyelashes are so puny these days)
• Matt pink lippy

Work days:-

Powder & blusher (both Boots Natural Collection)
Mascara (Maybelline Full & Soft)

Weekends:

Same but with Boots Natural Collection tinted moisturiser underneath (don't bother on workdays as I cycle/walk and it gets sweated off)

Evenings - same but put some eye shadow on as well. I think it's Boots No 17. Might also put on some tinted lip balm. Hate lipstick.

Don't bother if I am not going outside.

Lipstick Lots, favs are Sexy Mother Plucker (Soap & Glory) Loreal lipgloss.

Is the Lip stain good then?I was tempted by it as oh really really hate lipstick or gloss when he kisses me so I always go for something that isn't lol was tempted by max factors lip stain but heard nothinng but bad reviews

I don't bother if we're not going out anywhere. Don't even bother getting dressed on those days either.

If stepping out, I wear:

a bit of L'oreal's touche eclat stuff under eyes and as concealer if needed
a teeny brush over with Elemental Beauty mineral foundation
Benefit '10' to define my cheekbones
MAC blushcream on apples of cheeks
MAC eyeshadow (usually purple or green colours, either muted or bright depending on mood, just on outer third of lid and half of underneath IYSWIM)
Lancome Doll Eyes Mascara with Clarins mascara fix over the top

I dye my lashes and brows, and toes and fingers always painted with OPI polish (fingers shiny black and toes gold at the mo). Never, ever wear lipstick or gloss. Can't bear the feel of it, and my natural lips are a pretty colour already.

Its ok as a lip liner, don't think it would last 2 mins as a lipstick

DuWop Primestone
Benefit (think its totally gorgeous) foundation
maybe some powder depending, using mac skin finish natural at the moment but may get something cheaper because I don't find it that brilliant
Benefit Coralista
Korres Eyebrow Pencil
DiorShow Blackout mascara
Various lip colours depending on mood. Love Benefit silky finish lipsticks/No7 Sheer temptations

Some days I just wear mascara, but if my skin is looking blotchy then I put some foundation on. My skin is dry so it gets a good layer of cream first.

Btw I've never tried any mineral powders, any recommendations ladies ?

does primer actually make a difference?

ive never tried one. what brands do you use? i live in quite a small town so i need to order online or buy when i go into the city. i dont like wearing my pink bodywarmer coz my foundation keeps rubbing off on the collar and was thinking this and the pressed powder would help it stay on.
