You can get their current remuneration and rewards from the companies annual returns, to get rises obviously get 2 years and look at the difference. Most large companies post them on their corporate site under "Investor Relations" or equiv and this can be a separate site from their consumer facing site. Alternatively you can buy them from Companies House for £1 per document. http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk search the company name and then click the Order Information link on the right hand side.
For a large corporation with holding companies etc just make sure you pick the right legal entity.0 -
For a large company the annual return must include directors remunerations. Which company is it?0

Yes it is on their returns at Companies house. From 2008-2010 there were no Exec pay rises though they predicted a rise in 2011. Salaries were:
Name/ Role/ Salary/ Cash Bonus/ BIC/ Total
Terry Duddy / CEO / 820,000/ 301,000/ 40,000/ 1,161,000
Richard Ashton / CFO / 420,000/ 154,000/ 13,000/ 587,000
Oliver Stocken / Chairman / 249,000/ 0/ 0/ 249,000
John Coombe / Non-Exec / 106,000/ 0/ 0/ 106,000
Mike Darcey / Non-Exec / 58,000/ 0/ 0/ 58,000
Penny Hughes / Non-Exec / 96,000/ 0/ 0/ 96,000
Obviously there are share options on top of the above.0 -
