I got an email from Tesco on Saturday to say the griddle pan was back in stock. I got round to ordering the griddle pan yesterday and it is supposed to be available to collect in store tomorrow :j although I will not be near the store until Saturday.

I collected my griddle pan on Saturday. :j

When I arrived at Tesco I went straight to customer services and I joined the queue. I showed the staff member my email and she said I would need the credit card which was used to make the payment which I then showed her. She didn't look at it and called another staff member. He took the order number and my surname before saying he was going to the back of the store and he would be back in a few minutes. He came back, got me to sign my name on a page which was in a folder. He then opened the parcel and asked if that looked like what I had ordered and when I said it did he handed it to me. It only took a matter of minutes to collect! This is the first time I have used this service and I would use it again.

I haven't used the pan yet though! :eek: :rotfl:
