Please could anyone tell me if there is a company who could provide a mortgage for a 61 and a 71 year old.
Need to borrow £30,000 for a £120,000 property.

Is this a residential purchase or a buy-to-let?
You had me at your proper use of "you're".

Hi, just been helping my parents with this. Most have a maximum age of 75 or less at maturity of the loan but Leeds have a retirement one that my parents are going for that will lend up to 80. This would mean you would be able to get a 8 year term assuming your pensions cover the repayments.
  • Thanks for your replies,
I will look into the Leeds mortgage.
It is a residential mortgage I am looking for.:)
