Hi,
I'm on DMP with payplan and am currently in the process of arranging a remortgage with Who's Lending? i wondered if anyone else out there has any experiences with them? We put in our application back in the October and are still awaiting completion. Rang today and was told there is a back log with the lender and they'll be getting the offer out in the next few days, from there it could take 2 -10 weeks to complete???!
Is this normal for a mortgage application with dodgy credit. My first mortgage only took 6 weeks. (but that was backin the days when the credit was good..) Its starting to drive me bonkers.
