1. The Promotion is open to UK, ROI, IoM and CI residents and excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Only one entry per stamped, mailed envelope. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.
5. To enter, find the unique code printed inside your Quality Street 75th Birthday promotional pack, register on https://www.qualitystreet.co.uk and enter the unique pack code online to find out if you’ve won.
6. When registering for the Promotion, you will be required to provide information including your first name, surname, date of birth, address, phone number and email address. In the event that the specified information is not provided, the entry will be considered incomplete and therefore invalid. In the event of a participants’ email address becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
7. Registered contact details will be used to verify the postal address to which the winners’ prize will be sent, therefore all entrants must ensure they provide valid contact details and are contactable for the duration of the Promotion. Nestl! reserves the right to withdraw prizes if any of the prize winners cannot be contacted within 28 days.
8. There are 600 prizes available to be won in total. 5x prizes will be randomly allocated per day over 118 days and 5x prizes will be randomly allocated per draw across 2x late entry draws. Prizes include; 10 x HDTVs, 45 x games consoles, 45 x smart phones, 70 x laptop computers, 100 x radio controlled cars, 110 x MP3 players with docking stations, 110 x mountain bikes, 110 x digital cameras.
9. Prizes have been pre-allocated and linked to ‘winning moments’ each day, these being randomly pre-selected via a secure, independently verified computer system. Any winning moment prizes not won at the end of each day will be made available via a random prize draw.
10. Following successful pack code entry, winners will be notified immediately via an on-screen message and will receive email confirmation within 1 working day of the on-screen win. If there are any prizes that have not been won at the end of each day, an additional draw will be run and winner/s will be randomly generated by an independently audited computer program from all valid non-winning entries received that day. Winners of the additional draw will be notified by email the next working day after the draw.
11. All winning entries will be verified and winners will be contacted by the Nestl! Consumer Services team within 2 working days following win confirmation.
12. For entries received after 31.12.11 there will be 2x late entry draws which will be held at midnight on 31.01.12 and 31.03.12. For each draw, there will be 5x winners randomly generated by an independently audited computer program from all valid entries received by each closing date and winners will be contacted within 2 working days of each draw.
13. Valid codes for use in this Promotion are only available on special promotional Quality Street 1kg tins and 400g cartons, featuring the Quality Street 75th Birthday flash, while stocks last.
14. Codes are case sensitive and and must be entered exactly as they appear. Each code is unique and can only be used once. Attempts to enter the same code more than once, the use of codes from non promotional packs, or the use of any promotional codes not intended for use in this Promotion, may result in disqualification and all entries will be declared void.
15. The codes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.
16. Winning claims will be subject to a full verification process and entrants should retain their promotional menu card or carton as proof of purchase.
17. All prizes will be delivered within 28 days of winner validation and postal address confirmation.
18. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries or claims that are lost, damaged or delayed, or for any associated costs to entrants.
19. Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable. There are no cash or other alternatives available, in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
20. In ROI this Promotion is carried out under license issued by Naas District Court to The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation, Johnstown, Naas, Co. Kildare.

    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
    4. Any injury or damage to entrants upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
    5. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.
22. Conduct of entry: Entrants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and ensure any awarded prizes are forfeited if any individual is found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
23. By taking part in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to take part in relevant publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image, statements made by the entrants concerning the Promotion and/or prizes obtained as part of the Promotion.
24. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

It was probably deleted as the purchase is more than the £1.50 limit set by MSE (this is a money saving website so they dont allow us to have anything encouraging peiople who could be in major debt to be spending money on a comp they have a slim chance of winning).
