This competition is only open to UK residents. To be eligible to win entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entry is confirmed when the form is completed; if the form isn't filled in fully and the question hasn't been answered correctly, you will not be entered into the competition.

If you answer incorrectly, you will be given a second chance to enter. Each person is able to enter the prize draw once each day for the duration of the competition. Entries are only valid for the day of entry, and will not be carried over into a second day. To be eligible to win each day, you must answer the question correctly and enter your details before midnight each day.

The competition will run from 3rd October 2011 and close on the 16th October 2011. Each daily prize draw closes at midnight.

Prize winners are chosen at random by PromoVeritas - an independent promotional verification service, registered office: PromoVeritas Ltd, Capital House, 114 Pinner Road, London, HA6 1BS - and will be announced by 5pm the following day. Except for Friday, Saturday and Sunday draws which will be announced on Monday by 5pm.

Prizes are non-transferrable. All prize money will be paid to the winners before 30th November 2011 by Jam, 60 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7RT.

Employees and the families of the promoter, its agents, together with any other person involved in the administration of the promotion are not eligible to participate.
The Promoter is Capital One (Europe) Plc. The competition will be solely managed by Jam and administered by PromoVeritas.

Jam and PromoVeritas will collect, store and use the personal information you provide when entering this competition for the purpose of getting in contact with the winners. Your personal information will be stored securely by Jam and PromoVeritas. If you have won, your full name and town will be displayed in the competition tab, in the form of a winner gallery. Your personal information will be deleted after 30th November 2011.

Capital One will not collect, have access to, view or store any email addresses or contact numbers you have provided when entering this competition. The only information Capital One will be able to view will be the full name and town location entered into the winner gallery on the competition tab.

You agree to the use of your full name and town/city by Jam in all Facebook properties, including status updates and the list of winners on the competition tab.
