1. By entering this free prize draw ("the promotion") all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. No purchase is necessary for entry.
7. The promotion begins on Friday 30th September 2011 and ends on 31st October 2011 at midnight. ("Promotion Period").
8. An individual must have internet access, a valid email address and Facebook account to enter the competition.
9. There is a strict limit of one entry per person per day. A 'person' will be determined by their matching name, email address & Facebook ID. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of "script", "brute force" or any other automated or programmed means, any prize award will be void and the participant will be refused further participation in the promotion. In addition, if a participant is using multiple Facebook accounts under an alternative name, any prize award will be void and the participant will be refused further participation in the promotion.

12. There will be two tiers for prizes. Entrants may enter the promotion several times (subject to a maximum of one entry per day), however entrants will only be permitted to win one prize from each tier during the Promotion Period.
13. Entrants will be notified instantly through the app if they have won or not. Winners must click through and enter their personal details into the form in order to claim their prize. Tier 1 prizes will be sent to winners within 28 days of the promotion ending. Tier 2 winners will be sent an email within 3 days of winning, inviting them to claim their Spud Shillings.
14. No cash or other alternative prize is available, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be available to the winner in person. The promoter will award the prize only to the winning entrant unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter at its absolute discretion.
15. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
16. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
17. Spud Shillings are not transferable to persons other than the winner, and cannot be pooled with other winners' Spud Shillings to boost a winner's account.
