Voting starts 12am Tuesday 27 September 2011 and continues until 12am Monday 24 October 2011. There is a limit of 1 vote per day per IP address for online votes. Prize Details
There will be one winner of the first prize, which consists of: 42inch Panasonic TV, Panasonic Blu-Ray Home Cinema system and Downton Abbey series 1 on Blu Ray disc There will be one winner of the second prize, which consists of a Toshiba 22 inch DVD Combi TV, Nikon Digital Camera and Downton Abbey series 1 on DVD. 20 runners will win £50 each. TV Times is the prize sponsor.
Winners
The 22 winners will be selected at random from all methods of voting. A winner can be selected only once. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date

I don't see why it shouldn't be, after all, it is normal for What's On TV comps to be daily entry.
