TESCO DIRECT glitch -order confirmed but then text to say cancelled

I wonder what any of you would do?
I was browsing Tesco Direct yesterday and came across a Technika ipod/ipad docking station with a price £0.00 (should have been £39.99) I added it to the basket and went to the checkout just to see what would happen...
I selected collection at my local store and was given a reservation number and told to collect after 4pm tomorrow!
I even got an email today confirming my order but just afterwards I got a text telling me the order had been cancelled!
I would be happy to argue if I had paid something but can't see how I can justify arguing over getting something for free?
I did previously try to get a gamer chair which was priced incorrectly in their catalogue but the manager intervened and would not allow the item to be sold at the lower price although I did get a £10 giftcard for my trouble!

Man who run into airport turn-styles is going to Bangkok
To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research

why! its because its not a grabbit nor a glitch, its simply saying that you've tried to order something for nothing but didn't get it anyway.............:rotfl:0 -
