sausy chocolate pudding

this is a gorgous, easy to make , cheap pud
ingriedients
50g soft butter
75g sugar
2 eggs seperated
40g s r flour
4 tbl spoons of cocoa or hot chocolate
350 ml of milk
1. preheat oven to 180 or gas mark 4
2. grease an oven proof dish
3. beat together the butter and sugar till soft
4. add egg yolks and beat till soft
5. sift in flour and cocoa powder and stir till mixed
6. gradually stir in milk till smooth
7.in clean bowl whisk egg whites till stiff and fold in gently to chocolate mixture
8. pour mixture into into grease tin
9. get a roasting tin, place greased tin into it and add water in the roasting tin ensuring half the greased tin sides are covered with the water.
10. bake in the oven for 25-30 mins until top of the pudding springs back when lightly touched. When ready dust with icing sugar and serve with cream
