Spare Ribs

Im looking for a recipe for a sauce to cook pork spare ribs. I used to have one that was delicious involving mustard powder and honey but I seem to have lost it. I used to put the spare ribs in the oven, pour over the sauce and then cook and they turned out dark and sticky and very delicious. I want something like this thats cheap and doesnt involve alcohol as thats too expensive for me at the moment.

4 tbsp clear honey
4 tbsp rice/wine vinegar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine (or dry sherry)
125g tomato puree
1 tsp chilli powder
2 garlic clove
mix al the ingredients together and voila, delicious sauce for spare ribs0 -
