Great idea, thank you! ...but I have a nut allergy!
I could try the other things though....
Wondering if I could mix it with mash spuds for a more interesting topping on a vegetable shepherds pie.0 -
We get boxes of Sosmix from Holland & Barrett and cook it as a flat patty in the frying pan (cba making into sausage shapes), and have it with stuffing, roasties or mash (or both!) and seasonal veg. We call it a pretend Christmas dinner. Oh and don't forget the gravy! Bisto "favourite" granules are veggie and really easy.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

I add dry stuffing mix into my dumplings - gorgeous! also add it into suet crust pastry for pies - you can get vege suet and make a cheese and onion pie?
Alos a plain simple hot stuffing, apple sauce, gravy and mustard sandiwch can't be beaten! You could add quorn sausages or something too?Trying very hard to be frugal and OS - just plodding on and doing my best!
