interactive children's ebooks

Hi people. Not sure if this post is in the right place so move it if not.

Right my daughter likes to use the laptop a lot and she likes reading but is getting board with it. She is a 6 year old.

I am after some free interactive children's ebooks online or programs for her to start reading.

Think it may interest her more if it's interactive and helps her to read if she gets stuck on words.

Really any teaching materials online would be great like spelling too.

have you tried kids web browsers? my son is an Autistic five year old computer wizz and we downloaded Zac browser and zoodles, both (FREE) web browsers aimed at children, although Zac browser is aimed at Autism I see no reason why it wouldn't be great for any child, do a google search, honestly they have helped us immensly, not only are there many features to interest your child, they have direct web links to kids sites so help with online saftey, hope this helps
