officesupermarket is a SCAM

We purchased that chairs from Office Supermarket, a website of World Stores
Somerset_Executive_Leather_Chair
They clearly advertise them as Somerset Executive LEATHER Chair.
But the first minute we saw them, it was clearly Fake poor PLASTIC instead of Leather.
The customer support said that "OBVIOUSLY, for that kind of price you cannot get real Leather", his Manager said that the website was saying Leather Face, which meant that it was not Leather.
They are misleading the customer by:
- putting this article into LEATHER CHAIRS
- Using such a title: Somerset Executive Leather Chair
- Displaying FAKE discount: £84 instead of £175, which suggests a price for genuine leather
- Showing pictures that suggest Leather
When you complain, they accept the return, but they charge you an abusive £40 per CHAIR.
AVOID this website, you will not get what they advertise on their site, this is clearly a SCAM.

What particular chairs did you buy, Do you mind posting the link or pictures so others can look.
If you just want to rant this is the wrong section.0 -
Assume you mean these

Leather faced means the contact areas should be leather - was that not the case?
What was the £40 for? Return postage or 'restocking fee'?0
