My son's soup recipe

I am proud of DS1. He has invented (?) a soup, pepper and potato.
He made it earlier and it is sitting in the SC ready for tea.
One and a half pints water or vegetable stock, I used a stock cube.
3 medium potatoes
half a red pepper
one large onion
CHop all the veg roughly, he says this is the secret to it tasting better;)
Put in the SC and when it is done eat with lumps in, or blend according to mood of your 6 year old chef

Right, he says you are allowed to try it;)
The chef also said it has to be blended, and you will need some salt and pepper (just had a preliminary tasting)
IMHO it needs more pepper, maybe a whole red pepper instead of a half. But it is his recipe so i am not interfering:)
I think the OXO stock cubes we used were carp (sp) and the sains. economy ones are much better! - had to add an extra one
