Google's Comparison Ads for Mortgages

I'm currently remorgaging and stumbled on Google's Comparison Ads.
Has anyone picked up a good deal via this route? The link via Google Advisor takes you to US searches, but the following link works for the UK. You'll have to piece the link together, (noting it's https,) as newly registered forum users can't post links):

I'll be hitting the phones over the next few days to see if lenders are really offering these deals.
