I have so many containers of leftovers its a job to get anything else in freezer. its so handy when I fancy a few roast potatoes or bubble and squeek or a bowl of soup. I have to write down a list of whats in the inside and out freezers as i can never remember. Lucky OK eats whatever I put in front of him even though I do put together some odd meals.0

Any chance of the recipe for that ? Do you use yeast dough ? what is the secret HM sauce or am I being really thick ?There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;

i had a few leftover uses lately:) monday i bought some reduces chickens, £1.09 each roasted one, had sandiches for tea me and hubby, he then has 2 days worth of sandwiches for work, a chicken curry for our tea and a big pot of leek & potato soup which i boiled up the bones for stock so also has bits of chicken in it too!
Where I was working on Tues had rast lamb, they were going to throw away all the 'bits' after carving so i asked if they would box them up for me for my dog, well when i got home there were some really big end cuts so i cut them up a bit more and have made a minty lamb pie fillingplus still some left so that can be frozen.
I make lots of soups etc as does everybbody else but am also happy to have some weird combinations of food! Also, my mom bought us the tefal actifry - brilliant! so cheap to have chips and dont have to feel guilty as there is so little fat in them!
I do know i have some hashbrowns, burgers and some fish in butter sauce in the freezer so poss another strange tea comingg up!
