1. The Honey Monster Foods win a laptop promotion is open to residents of the UK, CI and IOM only. Excludes employees and their immediate families of Honey Monster Foods Ltd, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The promotional period is 01.03.2011 to 30.06.2012
3. Entrants under the age of 16 require the permission of a parent or Guardian.
4. Please retain packaging and till receipt as proof of purchase.
5. The Promotion is available on special promotional packs of Sugar Puffs and Honey Waffles, while stocks last.
6. There are a total of 500 laptops available to be won.
7. Method for entry is online, visit https://www.findhoneymonster.co.uk register (title, full name, age bracket, address, email address and telephone number) and enter the unique code found inside the promotional pack to see if you have won. You will be told instantly whether you are a winner or not (subject to further verification). If you have won, you MUST RETAIN YOUR PACKAGING AND TILL RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. Failure to supply your unique code on the original packaging will mean that the prize will not be awarded.
8. All verified winners will be contacted by email from a representative of the Honey Monster Foods Ltd Team within 28 days of the instant winning notification.
9. Winners will be required to respond to the email contact to confirm their name and address and submit the promotional code area cut out from their original promotional packaging to verify their win and claim their prize. Original unique codes cut from packaging should be sent by recorded or special delivery with the winner’s name to Honey Monsters’ Gone Missing Promotion, PO Box 458, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9LJ. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement.
10. All promotional winning codes are unique and will be cancelled when entered and can therefore only be used once.
11. Northern Ireland Residents Only — For a fair and equal chance of winning please send your title, full name, age, address, email address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper to Honey Monster’s Gone Missing NPN, PO Box 458, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9LJ. Limited to one entry per person per day. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. Winners only will be notified within 28 days from receipt of their entry.
12. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person who is found to be tampering with the code redemption, corrupts or affects the proper conduct of the promotion, attempts to damage the website, otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
13. Proof of entry will not constitute proof of receipt by the promoter. Lost, delayed or damaged claims are not the responsibility of the Promoter.
14. The Promoter will not be responsible for codes damaged or defaced by way of packaging being opened.
15. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated prize and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize, in whole or in part with an alternative or equal or greater value in the case that any prize — or part thereof — were to become unavailable for any reason.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, if circumstances make this unavoidable.
18. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
19. As with all automated systems from time to time system malfunction may occur. If this occurs, impacted entrants will be informed without undue delay with a full explanation of the cause of the error, once known. Any codes declared as winning during a period of malfunction will be re-validated before a winning entry is confirmed.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
