    Grapefruit Jamaican Style: (serves 2)

Cut a grapefruit in half across the diameter
    Sprinkle with Demerara sugar
Pour on a tiny amount of dark rum
Grill for a couple of minutes

    Enjoy for breakfast!

Alternatively - feed the rum to the Wolf!;):D:beer:

Rum butter instead of brandy butter for Xmas pud. Also rum sauce. In fact any alcohol related Xmas cooking you can use rum instead of brandy/sherry/etc.

I was going to say rum sauce too. It's a Christmas tradition in my family and my mum's rum sauce is the stuff of legends ... or at least it would be if anyone could remember eating it lol.
