Morgan's Rum?

I have been clearing out mums house and came across 2 unopened bottles of Captain Morgans Rum. I couldn't throw them away but i'm not much of a drinker and don't know anyone who drinks dark rum (as opposed to Barcardi) Does anyone know what you can make with rum? I looked on Morgans website for ideas but it's rubbish! I was thinking of using some for fruitcake - is that usually dark rum? Any other recipes/suggestions?

Hi
Bay rum doesn't smell of alcohol. More herbal due to the bay leaves.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -
Rum butter instead of brandy butter for Xmas pud. Also rum sauce. In fact any alcohol related Xmas cooking you can use rum instead of brandy/sherry/etc.0
