Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the competition.
2. Entries must be received by 5pm on 30th September2011.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for corrupt emails or those not received, or those without `Adventure Holiday' in the subject line.
4. Only one entry per person. People who repeatedly enter the same competition will be disqualified.
5. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
6. The winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 5th October 2011. 7. The holiday prize is non-transferable and cannot be postponed for other dates of travel.
8. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey.
9. The prize is for a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under.
10. The prize consists of 4 nights' accommodation at a PGL Travel Ltd UK location of the winner's choice, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included, return train travel from the winner's nearest mainline train station and a selection of activities including mountain biking, climbing, abseiling, caving and canoeing - activities dependent upon location and availability.
11. You and your chosen guests will be responsible for travel to and from the train station and all other personal expenses.
12. Travel is available up to the end of June 2012 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended.
13. There is no cash alternative, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
14. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or older.
15. Guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

17. The winner will be notified via telephone w/c 10th October 2011. If the prize is not claimed within 21 days of the prize winner being notified it will be redrawn and awarded to the new winner.
