Vegas!!
Hello ladies, longtime lurker here
OH proposed last week at my 30th birthday party, in front of all! I had no idea and just bawled the entire time, so attractive! I still can't quite believe it, was planning to propose to him myself next year on the leap day!
We went to Vegas last autumn and loved it so much we decided we would definately get married there when the time was right. We might have even done it there and then but his parents weren't with us (mine were) so we decided not to!
Does anyone have any tips for getting married in LV? We were thinking we'd probably go with a package from a hotel, not a DIY in a chapel on the strip. Less organising that way. I guess it's best to book the hotel/flights first and then the wedding at a later date but I'm not sure. We will probably be staying 2-3 weeks in autumn 2012 or spring 2013 and making it a combined wedding/honeymoon type thing.
The wedding party will be maybe 10 in total so any pointers you guys can give me will be much appreciated.
TIA
Susan
