Co-Op Entry Form You need an 18-digit Co-Operative membership number to enter.
Last 4 digits of any Warburtons bread product is needed.
T&C - One entry per person, per product, per day.
I take this as meaning you can enter more than once per day if you have different barcodes, and also that you can use the same barcodes on subsequent days.
The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email within 10 days. Draw will take place at the end of the promotional period. The first 21 members drawn from all entries received by 23:59 on 16.08.11 will win £100 worth of Co-operative Food vouchers.
