* Entry to the competition is through submitting a message via Twitter or Facebook answering the question 'Tell us where you’d ride to first on your new bike'.

* The competition closes at midday (BST) on Monday 1st August 2011. You may enter once per hour. Entrants are eligible to win a bespoke Foffa bike and £500 to spend at ASOS.

* ASOS will draw at random one winner from all valid entrants on Monday 1st August. The winner will be notified by email or through a message on Twitter within 24 hours of the draw taking place. If you enter with a Twitter @username and you are not already following @asos on Twitter, you give us permission to post a public tweet to your @username for us to direct you to follow us so that we can start a Direct Message session with you to get your details privately and award you your prize.

* If you do not reply to an email or a Direct Message on Twitter, or an @username message on Twitter within 48 hours of us sending it, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize. ASOS shall not be liable for any delay or failure of any email or message communication or failure of the Twitter platform.

* The prize shall consist of a bespoke Foffa bike (to be customised by the winner) plus £500 ASOS vouchers to be spent on ASOS.com. We regret that vouchers cannot be used on Marketplace.

* By entering the competition, you agree to us announcing your name publicly as a prize winner.

* Entrants must be over 18.

* Competition excludes employees and agents (or families of such employees or agents) of ASOS or anyone else connected with the administration of the competition.
