How to claim your Polaroid DVG-720 HD camcorder

Within 14 days of receipt you will then be sent details on how to redeem and arrange delivery. You can do this online or over the telephone but you must redeem by 22/01/12.
• Delivery of the camcorder will be to the policyholders address only and will be free of charge.
• If the policy is cancelled within the first 14 days, you will not receive the offer.
• Tesco Bank reserves the right to substitute the camcorder advertised with another of a similar specification.
• A two year manufacturer warranty will be provided for the camcorder.

We previously established that qualifying applicants (ie young enough) could get Tesco life insurance for £5 a month.

The minimum term here is 6 months.

So for £30 you get a decent little camcorder and 6 months of life insurance.

I just signed up for £5 per month, getting the camera, looking on Awooza.com the same model in the UK is £92, some places sell it for more

And 500 points, worth £20 in deals!

So not bad for £30 cost!

I got this deal with pet insurance - the cat needed to be insured anyway - and Tesco offered the cheapest AND the camcorder.

Took about 3 weeks to get a letter with the offer details, and I had to post a slip back to them to request my authorization codes.
Those took another 3 weeks, arrived today. I was directed to a website, claimed the cam, plus bought a 16Gb memory card for it at reduced rate (saved a tenner on the cheapest deal i could find online). It's due to be delivered within 14 working days!

Reviews are mixed - I'm not expecting much for a free item, but if it works and it's adequate then it'll have been a good deal.
